I am a PT graduate!

I had my last physcial therapy appointment on Friday!!! I GRADUATED!!!! Looks as though I will be continuing to elliptical like crazy each day and work on fitting in some runs outside a couple of days a week and maybe a bicycle ride on the weekend if the weather cooperates. Next weekend I am going to run in the Bank to Bay 5k in downtown Tacoma. I have run that race 2 times before, but never just the 5k. Marisa will be running a 1k kids race there as well and she is a little more excited then me at this point. A little sad to be giving up my 10k's for now, but I am looking forward to getting out there and running again.
