We got to take a trip to Seattle last week during the beautiful weather. We hit up Pike Place Market and stopped at Ivar's for lunch. It was Marisa's first time feeding the seagulls and she couldn't get enough of it once she got the hang of it. It was Jensen's first trip walking on the ferry to Seattle as well. He was a trooper and hung out in the frontpack with Josh dozing off and on. It was a successful trip...buying donuts and clams at the market as well as a ski hat for Marisa. Seems silly, but it was the perfect purchase and she'll forget before Christmas comes I hope. My sister and Margaret met us at the ferry and hung out with us for the morning before we headed back on the ferry again. An added bonus...Josh took us to Cold Stone in Bremerton before getting in the car. Waiting 15 minutes for ice cream was totally worth it in the 95 degree temps.
